Georgina Garden Centre has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our strong commitment to privacy in accordance to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Purchasing of plant material that comes with a warranty
- Your first and last name, mailing address, phone number and email address are collected so there is a record of the purchase in case of the event that the warranty has to be used and a credit note has to be issued.
- Landscape and or grass cutting services
- Your first and last name, mailing address, property address where work is being preformed, phone number, email address and credit card information are collected for billing purposes.
When visiting Georgina Garden Centre’s web site, information is not collected that could identify you personally unless you choose to provide it. You are welcome to browse the web site at any time anonymously and privately without revealing any personal or financial information about yourself.

Links to other third party sites may be available through Georgina Garden Centre’s web site, these third party sites are not governed by this privacy policy.
